Dear Grant,

I wanted to send you a quick note to thank you and your staff for your assistance and service with our insurance program.

For the last year or so, you and your tearn have set up our organization with a comprehensive risk management program. We took your claim to heart when you said that if we had systems in place to lower the number and size of potential claims that we would be able to benefit from premium credits. Taking your claim on faith, we had our staff diligently implement the plans as you rolled them out to us in hopes of benefiting, just modestly, in the way of premium discounts.

Your team spent the time and came out on multiple occasions to inspect our facilities, interview our employees, and document our implementation/execution of the risk control systems you provided in order to ensure that all avenues were exhausted in your search for potential premium credits.

During your overhaul of our account you discovered that we needed to increase our property coverage by $1,339,547. The amazing part of this was that at the end of the day you were able to provide us the additional coverage and save us $14,932 a year as compared to what we were already paying for the lower coverage. The result is nearly a 38% savings!

The miracle here is that this increase in coverage and amount of premium savings were accomplished with the same insurance company that we were already insured with.

Wben we first spoke you stated that most clients don't believe that sometimes you don't need a new insurance company; instead you just need a new broker. You proved it and made us a believer.

Dear Grant,

I am writing this letter, as a recommendation of your company and services, as well as to thank you for all of the hard work you have done for us at Central Counties DHIA. Upon considering GDI Insurance, I was impressed with the numerous letters of recommendation provided by other clients. These letters however, were no comparison to the actual service, support, and cost savings we received from GDI Insurance Agency, Inc.

After reviewing our existing Insurance and Workers Compensations policies, you found major coverage gaps, and high price rates. You were able to fill in these coverage gaps, and add significant amounts of additional coverage, without raising our rates. You were also able to cut our Workers Compensations rates nearly in half. Every year, a few months before renewal of our liability and workers compensation insurance, we get inundated with phone calls and drop-ins from insurance brokers claiming they have the best product and/or program that will result in substantial savings for our Company. With so many choices and everybody promising the same thing it becomes challenging to determine who the best fit for our company is.

This year, we were approached by GDI Insurance. They asked us to give them the opportunity to show us what they could do for us without commitment. They took the time to interview with pertinent staff and get to know our company better. During our initial meetings, it became apparent that GDI Insurance is very knowledgeable within their industry. They were specific as to how they were going to implement programs that would help us save money at renewal time. After a couple months of working with GDI Insurance we were convinced that they were the best fit for our company.

We have been with GDI Insurance for about six months. They continue to provide us with excellent services. The staff of GDI Insurance goes above and beyond their duties as insurance brokers. La Perla Tapatia employees, who work with Grant and his team, feel that GDI provides them with he support they need and are very happy with them.

I am writing this letter on behalf of GDI and Grant Davis. Over 17 years ago while looking for health insurance for our family I met Grant. Of all the brokers we had called Grant took an immediate personal interest in helping our family.

Soon after we began Tilbury Constructors, and once again turned to Grant for assistance. Grant worked diligently to get, and keep up affordable insurance while we grew our company. This as anyone that started a company from scratch knows that being able to afford the insurance is as important as having the insurance.
