News 10 Report (Home Value Warranty / Price Drop Insurance

For nearly two decades, GDI Insurance has provided insurance and risk management solutions to homebuilders and developers on a national scale.  When the Housing Bubble burst in 2007, GDI's location in Turlock, CA (Stanislaus County - Ground Zero for the Burst) provided GDI's President, Grant Davis, with the perfect backdrop from which to create the Home Value Warranty (A.K.A. Price Drop Insurance).

The Home Value Warranty (Price Drop Insurance) is intended to accomplish two main goals; (1) to provide Homebuyers with the security and peace of mind that comes with knowing that their largest single investment (their home) is fully protected - not just for fire, flood, etc., and (2) to provide Homebuilders, Real Estate Professionals, and Lenders with a tool to help them to sell homes.
